- This process works with constellation techniques on cards.
Through the visualization of a complex problem, clarity arises.
Through clarity, movement arises.
Through movement, change arises. - The process can be carried out for any topic and also more often.
It is particularly suitable as an introduction to determine the field in which the life training should take place. - The process lasts 120 minutes.
This process is only feasible together on site.
Analytical Life Training
- In this training, cognitive work is in the foreground.
- Analytical ability is strengthened through targeted exercises.
- Body-related exercises serve integration.
- Clarity becomes experienceable as a holistic process

Trauma-informed Life Training
- This training work is based on the awareness that trauma is part of life's reality.
- Through future-oriented exercises, trauma-triggered behavioral patterns are reduced.
- Sessions last 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Communication-focused Life Training
- Social problems are primarily caused by learned behavioral patterns.
- These can also be overcome by focusing on communication.
- The goal is not „to speak better“ and thereby to PERSUADE others. The goal is clarity in expression and maintaining the right boundaries in communication.
- Sessions last 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
- Online sessions are commonplace today and quite often the only way to be able to conduct a session at all. Therefore, I naturally also offer online sessions.
However, I prefer to work physically together in one place. I am convinced that a different force is at work there. We can discuss together which form is suitable and possible in each case.
- All trainings do not replace therapy. They are aimed at the healthy part of the person.
