Freedom cannot be achieved and possessed.
Freedom is the result of a process - a process in which one lets go of things.
I accompany people on their path through this process.
This work is future-oriented and absolutely individual.
This work is based on the Path of Clarity.
I work with people in all life situations and everyone is invited to inquire with me – we can discuss together whether a collaboration makes sense.
In particular, my work is aimed at women in difficult life situations:
- women who are affected by violence (especially domestic violence)
- women who suffer from strong self-criticism or chronic guilt
- women who are stuck in relationship patterns that exhaust them
- women who are going through or processing separations or divorces
- women who bear the loss of a loved one
- women who have experienced abuse – physical, emotional, or sexual in nature
What I do:
I impart knowledge about the Path of Clarity and train my female clients on this path. This is done with means and exercises developed by me, based on various methods, including cognitive training, gestalt therapeutic approaches, breathing exercises, and body-energetic work. No promise of healing and no counseling. Rather, accompaniment on a path that everyone walks themselves.
A man for women?
Yes. And if our world were different, then this answer might also suffice.
And yes again. I understand why it is particularly difficult for women, to the masculine to trust.
Why then? Because I can – and I do not perceive this as my personal achievement, but as a privilege.
My Motivation:
I consider patriarchy to be the great primal evil in the development of humanity. About 10,000 years ago, social structures slowly began to change. Father consciousness, possession through settledness, the beginning of the struggle for resources – and still, male human beings were physically (purely on average) superior in strength to female human beings.
Something arose. Not culpably by anyone. It happened. Not because men wanted to rule or were worse than women. It arose because it happened that way, because it remained while other things disappeared. And now it is here, the patriarchy – and above all, women and children suffer worldwide from it.
But we have a consciousness. Each of us, very individually, for ourselves, alone. Here we can – if we are willing – shape, grow, change. Slowly, because it is not a cake dough that one simply has to stir. It is the greatest mystery. Our consciousness. It is also the only thing that remains for us – once we embark on the path of clarity – in the end. And it is so infinitely more than we have dreamed of.
- Without the burden of a thought, feel the water of a cold mountain stream, drink.
- Without thoughts, observe the forest, and see the trees at the end.
- Without fear of devaluation, encounter the Other.
- Without judgment, look evil in the eye.
- Without naivety, experience the gift of life.
- Without fear.
- Free.
